Fritz Electric started out in March of 1960 in the back room of an office supply company. The product of four brothers: Ray, Matt, Bud and Larry Fritz. A fifth brother, John joined the company in 1972. After a couple of moves, the office settled in at 1346 3rd Avenue North where we still remain today. In March of 1997, the last of the brothers semi-retired and sold the company to Stuart Boyer of Boyer Electric, Inc. Fritz Electric˙s name remains the same as well as our reputation for excellence. We take pride in our quality workmanship and our ability to do everything possible to successfully complete any project.

The business started out as a small repair and remodeling service. We then ventured into the home wiring service. Fritz Electric has wired hundreds and hundreds of new homes in the FM area and many, many more apartment buildings. We now specialized in industrial, commercial and design/build projects. We also maintain in complete service department. We have an excellent safety program and our safety record is spotless.

Our work force consists of an average of 30 electricians with an office staff of five qualified professionals that will meet virtually any challenge put before them. We are a small business that prides itself in the fact that we will get the job done right and in a timely fashion. The average company payroll is approximately one million and our annual contract income is just over three million dollars.

Some of our larger clients include American Crystal Sugar, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Cargill, Tecton Products as well as banks, shopping centers, wastewater treatment facilities, schools, churches hospitals, and nursing homes.
