NECA represents its members in contract negotiations and administration with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 426 in Sioux Falls, Locals 714 in Bismarck and Minot, Local 1250 in Rapid City and Locals 1426 in Fargo and Grand Forks. Our members are further supported with educational materials, programs on negotiating skills and employee benefits packages. NECA also has programs in place to update and improve workers' skills. These efforts, along with the no-strike clause in all contracts with our workers, have forged a tradition of excellence that's directly connected to our record of quality work and productivity. NECA promotes harmonious labor relations and provides for the orderly settlement of labor disputes. The Council on Industrial Relations is co-sponsored by NECA and IBEW to peacefully resolve contract or labor disputes when necessary.
